Information we collect

The calculator processes the property address, sale-planning answers, automated and expected sale values, mortgage payoff, costs, and other assumptions you enter. As you type an address, the address text may be sent to an address-search provider to show matching U.S. properties; your name, email, and phone number are not included in that request. We store contact details, calculator assumptions, email permission, optional call/text permission, and available advertising-attribution details when you choose to reveal and receive your personalized net sheet. If you select a next step, we also store whether you are interested in a cash offer or local agent, why, your timing, and your contact preference. Basic security and operational logs may also be processed by our hosting providers.
